Your password proves you can open the account. KYC proves the person on the account is the person receiving the money. A chat asking for your password 'to complete KYC' is mixing the two on purpose. Close it and use the official WhatsApp. Send ID photos if support asks, never your password.

03When does Wazir Win ask for verification?

Often before a large withdrawal, sometimes when your payout account is in a different name, and sometimes after a security check. Once support asks, the withdrawal waits until KYC clears. Depositing more won't skip it.

• Documents: a government photo ID, a bank account or UPI in your name, and proof of age, as listed on the KYC policy page.

04How do you complete KYC?

2. 2Photograph a government ID with the same name as your Wazir Win ID and payout account, with the whole card in frame.
3. 3Send it in your official WhatsApp chat with your username in the same message.
4. 4Wait for support. If it fails, they'll tell you why, so fix that photo rather than opening a second ID.
5. 5Request the withdrawal again once KYC clears and your bets have settled.

05What usually holds up verification?
