Which rules apply to every bet?
Bets are final once accepted, they settle on the official result, and a void bet returns the full stake. These rules apply to every market unless a market's own rules say otherwise.
- A bet can't be cancelled after it has been accepted
- Any market can be suspended at any time, for example after a wicket or a goal
- Pre-match bets accepted after the event has started are void
- Results are those declared by the official governing body
- Bets taken at an obviously wrong price (a palpable error) are settled at the correct price or made void
- In a dead heat, the stake is divided equally between the tied selections
| Situation | Market | Outcome |

| Overs reduced before a session is decided | Cricket sessions | Void, stake returned |
| No toss takes place | Cricket toss | Void, stake returned |
| Player retires before one set is completed | Tennis match | Void, stake returned |
| Round stopped by a technical failure | Live casino | Stake returned |
