Who do these guidelines apply to?
Everyone who holds a Wazir Win ID or takes part in our channels: the WhatsApp support chat, our Telegram channel and our social media pages.
They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions. Where the two overlap, the Terms decide what happens to your ID, bets and balance.
Who can hold a Wazir Win ID?
Adults aged 18 or over. Each player may hold one ID, in their own name, used only by them.
- You are 18 or older and can prove it through KYC
- The ID is for your personal use, not shared, sold or rented
- Deposits come from an account in your name
- Withdrawals go to a bank account or UPI ID in your name
How should you treat our support team?
The same way you'd want to be treated. Abusive language, threats or repeated harassment towards staff aren't tolerated.
Our team will stay polite and clear with you, even when you're frustrated about a payment or a result. If you disagree with a decision, explain why and send your evidence. Raise it as soon as you can, while the records are fresh.
What counts as unfair play?
Anything that tries to gain an edge by breaking the rules rather than by judgement. These are the most common examples.
- Holding more than one ID, or using a friend's or relative's ID
- Colluding with other players or betting as a syndicate
- Using bots, scripts or other automated tools
- Deliberately exploiting a technical fault or system error
- Abusing bonuses through linked or fake accounts
Our Terms & Conditions explain what happens to bets and winnings involved in unfair play.
How should you behave in our community channels?
Keep posts relevant and respectful. Don't spam, don't post links to other betting sites and never share personal details.
- No spam, repeated posts or advertising
- No links to other betting sites, apps or sellers
- No phone numbers, payment details or IDs, yours or anyone else's
- No buying, selling or renting IDs
- No hate speech, harassment or personal attacks
- No content aimed at people under 18
Tips and predictions shared in the community are opinions, not guarantees. Make your own decisions and only stake what you can afford to lose.
How do you spot someone pretending to be Wazir Win?
Our team will never ask for your password or an OTP, and payment details only come from the official number shown on wazirwin.org.
If someone messages you first claiming to be support, offering a bonus or sending new payment details, don't reply or pay. Check with the official number and report the account.
What happens if someone breaks the guidelines?
The response matches the breach. Minor issues get a warning, repeated breaches can lead to a temporary restriction and serious ones can close an ID for good.
| Level | Examples | Likely action |
|---|---|---|
| Minor | Off-topic posts, a one-off rude message | A warning, and the post may be removed |
| Repeated | Spam after a warning, ongoing abuse of staff | Temporary restriction of the ID or removal from channels |
| Serious | Fraud, duplicate IDs, syndicate betting, threats | Permanent closure under the Terms & Conditions |
We look at each case by hand and tell you the reason for any action taken on your ID.
How do you report a problem?
Message the official WhatsApp support number with a short description of what happened and any screenshots. A person reviews every report.
- What to report
- Abuse in a channel, a suspected fake account, unfair play you've noticed or anything that doesn't look right.
- What to include
- Your ID, where and when it happened, the username or number involved and screenshots.
What if betting stops feeling like fun?
Support can set a deposit limit, pause your ID or close it whenever you ask. Our Responsible Gaming page lists free help, including Tele-MANAS on 14416.
Will these guidelines change?
They may be updated as our channels and services change. The date at the top always shows the current version.
